Syntax, a leading Managed Cloud Provider, is seeking a Digital Workplace - Support Specialist in Montreal. The role provides remote and office IT support for 3000+ employees worldwide in a hybrid PC + Mac workplace, focusing on Office 365, corporate apps, onboarding and VIP support.
You will work with a Global IT - Digital Workplace Team across multiple regions, service incidents and projects, and help maintain high-quality employee experience. Montreal-based, 3 days in the office per week.
