Take on a pivotal role as a Bilingual Multi-Unit Underwriter with CMHC in a hybrid work model. This temporary full-time position focuses on multiple housing programs, especially the Apartment Construction Loan Program.

You’ll be responsible for financial analysis and fostering client relationships to support current rental housing projects. Work alongside various stakeholders while exercising sound judgement in loan assessments. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct complex financial analyses for underwriting recommendations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs
- Review, underwrite, and approve multi-unit loan applications
