The Company

The Job! As a Quotation Specialist, you will receive and process requests for quotations/pricing and review quote documentation to determine customer requirements and coordinate clarifications. You will also:
- Respond to product and project-related inquiries throughout the quoting process
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and supporting information
- Gather and coordinate all required inputs to complete accurate quotations
- Prepare, finalize, and submit quotes in line with company procedures and required deadlines
- Ensure all quotations comply with internal pricing policies and standards
- Maintain documentation supporting quote development and pricing decisions
- Manage multiple active quotations simultaneously, including tracking and follow-ups
- Monitor quote outcomes, maintain records, and report win/loss results with rationale
- Escalate customer complaints or complex issues to the Quotations Sales Manager
- Identify and recommend improvements to the quoting process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and offerings
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What you bring to the job You are someone with experience working in customer-service settings and come with the following qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Prior experience working with quoting or project-based pricing
- Ability to learn quickly and retain technical/product information
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Nice to have: plumbing or mechanical industry experience and product knowledge
