Structural Truss Systemsspecializes in the design, manufacturing, andtransportation of custom roof trusses, floor systems, and wall panels for everysize of residential, commercial, and agricultural projects. We operate out of amanufacturing facility inFort MacLeod, AB, just 25 minutes west ofLethbridge, AB.

We are currently looking to hire the following positions in ourStructural Truss Systems facility in Fort Macleod, AB.

Roles:Builder/GeneralLabourer - Truss Plant, Wall Shop and Floor Cassettes

Job Type:Permanent,Full-Time

WorkSchedule:Monday to Friday

As a Builder, you will:

- Assemblewalls accurately according to layout designs and instructions
- Reviewwalls layouts and inspect pre-cut lumber for quality and accuracy
- Usehand tools and power tools to complete builds
- Keepworkstations organized and clean, and properly dispose of waste




- Performroutine maintenance and report any tool or machine issues
- Followall health and safety procedures, ensuring they focus on performing workin a safe manner
- Helpkeep the shop running smoothly with other duties as assigned

Our Builders have:

- Ability to read and understand truss layoutdesigns
- Experience with basic hand tools and powertools
- Ability to be lifting, hammering, and workingon jigs throughout the day
- Basic math skills and ability to use bothimperial and metric measuring tapes
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work aspartof a team
- Physical ability to perform their job safely(lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly, stand, walk, bend for fullshift)
- Aptitude to work in a manufacturingenvironment
