This position involves performing regular building cleaning and other related duties. The ideal candidate should be able to work carefully in a commercial/residential building environment and have an ability to perform a variety of tasks in a timely and efficient manner. The position requires a person capable of working comfortably on their own.
He/she must be able to work conscientiously, be self motivated, and be able to schedule and complete numerous tasks with minimum oversight. This position requires an attention to detail as well as physical demands and the applicant should be comfortable with both.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities– Perform hands-on janitorial tasks. Candidate must hold a valid security clearence or be eligable to obtain one (we will work the candidate to get this)
