We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Key Responsibilities - Requirements gathering by joining application design solutioning sessions with our architecture, development, - Join daily agile meetings to work with product owner, the POD team members - Facilitate gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements, and turn them into use cases, user stories, sequence diagrams, etc. to meet development and stakeholder needs.

- Bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment of both functional (for business needs)



and non-functional requirements (such as reporting, performance, interfaces, and constraints.) - Document in JIRA and Confluence.
- And work with Dev's for clarification Required Skills 1) 7+ years of relevant working experience, with 3+ years of BSA experience, preferably within FI/banking.
- 2+ years previous experience with bank online banking application.
- 3+ years’ experience in API applications and documentation (JASON, XML) for data mapping.
- 3+ years’ experience within an Agile environment using JIRA/Confluence.
