Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – MDM Integration

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months Contract

Role Summary

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Robust experience with Master Data Management (MDM) integrations.
- Retail and/or Loyalty domain experience is preferred.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, process flows, and data mapping.




- Experience with API, ETL, and system integrations.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Preferred:

- Experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, or similar MDM platforms.
- Knowledge of customer and product master data.
