- Cut, trim,



bone meats to prepare standard cuts; • Prepare meat for special displays and orders; • Wrap and package prepared meats; • Keep sales records and monitor supply to maintain inventory; • Ensure meats are clean and stored in protected conditions; • Follow safety standards and maintain workplace in sanitary conditions; • Supervise and train meat cutters.

Job requirements

- Completion of secondary school; • 1-2 years of on-the-job training.
