Position: Butcher-retail or wholesale Wage: CAD$24.23/hour Types: Full time, Permanent (various shifts, including morning, evening, weekends, and holidays) Working Hours: 30- 40 hours/week Benefit: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties:
- Cut, trim, bone meats to prepare standard cuts; • Prepare meat for special displays and orders; • Wrap and package prepared meats; • Keep sales records and monitor supply to maintain inventory; • Ensure meats are clean and stored in safe conditions; • Follow safety standards and maintain workplace in sanitary conditions; • Supervise and train meat cutters.
Job requirements
