Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and detailed schematics that guide construction, manufacturing, and engineering projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring accuracy, clarity, and efficiency throughout the drafting process.

Duties

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SketchUp, and SolidWorks.
- Create accurate schematics, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents aligned with project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
- Incorporate construction experience to ensure drawings meet industry standards and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback or changes in project scope while maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Maintain drawing standards, naming conventions, and file organization across projects
- Assist in producing 2D animation visuals for presentations or project proposals when needed.

Requirements

- Proven 5 - 8 years experience with CAD drafting tools including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,



and SolidWorks - both 2D and 3D parametric for project specific support
- Read, interpret, and cross-reference structural and architectural drawings.
- Ability to interpret engineering sketches and technical specifications clearly.
- Strong knowledge of schematics development and technical drafting standards across various industries.
- Familiarity with construction processes and the ability to produce detailed construction, structural documents.
- Demonstrated experience working on infrastructure or building projects with attention to detail and accuracy, draft independently, and manage your own workload and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
