What We’re Looking For

- Previous café, restaurant, or food-service experience is preferred.

- Barista or serving experience is an asset.

- Experience operating Square POS, including order processing, payments, and cash handling.

- Robust communication skills with a friendly, positive, and approachable personality.

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to make customers feel welcome.

- Strong time-management and multitasking skills, especially during busy periods.

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of food safety and proper food-handling procedures.

- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.

- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.

- Positive team attitude with the ability to work well with others.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.

- Takes initiative and is willing to help wherever needed to keep café operations running smoothly.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
