Mativ Renfrew is seeking a Calender Operator to join our production team. The role involves the protected operation of a three-roll calender for producing high quality cloth and polyethylene tape products, following defined standards and procedures.
The operator will lead the calender crew under supervision. Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends) with an average of 14 days off per month is required.
