Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal Contract
Contract Term: August 31, 2026 to December 11, 2026, with potential extension through April 2027
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM
Training Requirement: Must be available August 31 to September 4, 2026

About the Role
Group & Fundraising is at the heart of our seasonal sales and customer support operation.
This is a consultative customer service and sales support role where you'll build relationships with new and existing customers, understand their goals, and help connect them with the fundraising or group purchasing solution that best meets their needs.
You'll engage with customers through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, email (FreshDesk), and live chat. Success in this role comes from curiosity, persistence,
relationship-building, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Every day, you'll help organizations achieve their fundraising goals while creating positive experiences that keep customers coming back year after year.
What You'll Do
Proactively connect with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls to promote our Fundraising and Group Purchase programs
Build relationships by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions
Meet daily outreach goals while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
Reconnect with customers who have previously paused or declined participation, using creativity and persistence to re-engage them
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email (FreshDesk), and live chat
Support customers with program, campaign, and order-related questions
Process order adjustments, replacements, and refunds as needed
Identify potential challenges early and work proactively to resolve issues before they escalate
Deliver excellent customer service while contributing to team and business goals

What You'll Bring
Availability for the full contract period from August 31 to December 11,
2026
Availability to attend mandatory training from August 31 to September 4, 2026
At least 6 months of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, contact centre, call centre, or another customer-facing setting
Strong communication and active listening skills A customer-first mindset and genuine curiosity to understand customer needs
Professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
Comfort handling a high volume of customer interactions and outbound outreach
Experience with outbound calling, customer engagement, sales support, or Excel is considered an asset
What We Offer
Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
