YWCA Toronto invites applications for a full-time, in office camping leadership role at Camp Tapawingo. The position supports an inclusive, safe camp environment, developing programs in alignment with IDEA goals and supervising seasonal staff.
The role requires an undergraduate degree in relevant fields, 3–5 years at an overnight camp, and strong leadership and communication skills. Ongoing training and on-site living April–October are included.
