Honeycomb Cannabis is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cannabis Sales Associate (Budtender) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Educate customers on cannabis products and make recommendations based on their needs.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all provincial cannabis regulations.
- Receive, stock, and merchandise inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales floor.
- Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Cannabis knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
Availability This is a part-time position. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends, as weekend availability is a requirement.
