We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join our production team as Sewing Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise hand-sewing tasks as part of the assembly process for high-quality medical devices. This position is ideal for candidates with sewing experience who are eager to develop their skills in a regulated, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform detailed hand sewing and stitching as part of medical device assembly
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Learn and apply new techniques through structured training Training Program All new hires will participate in a comprehensive 12-week paid training program designed to build the foundational skills needed for success in the Sewing Technicians role. The training focuses on both technical skills and industry-specific standards to ensure a high level of quality and precision. Who We’re Looking For Ideal candidates possess:
Excellent hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills
Patience, focus, and high attention to detail
Ability to follow precise instructions and quality standards
Interest in healthcare, manufacturing, or craftsmanship
(Sewing, embroidery, jewelry, dental tech, or similar experience is a plus but not required.
