- Handle cash or digital payments securely while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy

- Support team members with administrative tasks such as data entry or order processing as needed

Requirements

- Prior experience working with children or in environments involving guest interaction is a plus
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with customers and team members
- Proven customer service experience demonstrating patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and digital payment platforms
- Previous food service or hospitality experience is advantageous for understanding service standards
