Duties

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using online point-of-sale systems

- Answer questions about products, services, and policies with clarity and enthusiasm
- Handle guest inquiries related to orders, returns, or account information with transparency and patience
- Manage cash handling responsibilities securely and responsibly during virtual transactions
- Assist in resolving customer issues by offering solutions and escalating complex cases when necessary




- Maintain detailed records of transactions, customer interactions, and feedback to ensure quality service delivery

Qualifications

- Experience working with children is a plus, demonstrating patience and understanding in diverse situations
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with customers across various channels
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and food service or hospitality environments is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information and assist customers effectively
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks in a remote setting
