Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality setting, engaging with customers and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for food service and hospitality.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
- Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Handle food safely and follow all food handling and safety procedures
- Operate cash register, process transactions accurately, and manage customer payments
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs promptly




- Follow health and safety guidelines related to food safety and sanitation standards

Skills

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in a café or coffee shop setting
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Experience with food handling regulations and safety standards is a plus
- Hospitality background or barista experience is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask effectively while providing attentive service
