In this full-time role, you will become an integral part of a high-performance team maintaining and optimizing mill machinery. Your strong troubleshooting abilities, communication skills, and dedication to safety will ensure smooth operations and equipment reliability. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical irregularities and malfunctions
- Manage time effectively for machinery assembly and repairs
- Identify necessary parts for repairs efficiently
- Contribute to a protected work environment for all team members Requirements:
- Red Seal Certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong sense of urgency in operations
- Knowledge of lumber manufacturing processes is a plus
