The Chairman's Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the bartenders, servers, and support staff working in this area and ensuring all applicable policies and procedures are followed consistently.

Duties andResponsibilities

- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner and ensure delivery of consistently outstanding service by allassociates
- Help to oversee dining operations and supervise the servers, support staff, culinary team, and bartenders
- Lead,



train,coach,and mentor the team
- Answer guest inquiries and address concernsin a timely manner
- Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs
- Maintain brand standards in setting up,maintaining, taking down a high-end buffet
- Develop andmaintainrelationships with season ticket holders, anticipating guests needs

Qualifications,Skillsand Abilities

- ValidFood Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Previousfood and beverage experience or completion of aHospitality Management Certificate
- Previoussupervisoryexperience is an asset
- Attention to detail anda strong senseof urgency
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds withoutassistance
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
