The Operating

Room department is looking for a Support Assistant with a solid background in medical device reprocessing. A current CSA Medical Device Reprocessing Certificate is mandatory, with an Olympian Specialist Certificate preferred. You will contribute to upholding safety and aseptic principles, ensuring excellent communication with team members in the operating room. Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out reprocessing of medical devices
- Manage and handle instruments appropriately
- Adhere to WHMIS biohazard waste management
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with colleagues
- Prioritize tasks to meet operational needs Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School Diploma
- Minimum one year of OR support experience
- Required: CSA Medical Device Reprocessing Certificate
- Preferred: Olympus Medical Reprocessing certificate
