Make a difference as a Child and Youth Worker in the Intensive Services Program at NEOFACS in Timmins. Support the development of life and social skills for youth aged 8-18 in a community-based setting. In this full time role, you will deliver direct care and intervention for children and youth within a structured program.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring activities, maintaining records, and performing safety checks. A strong focus on interpersonal skill development and teamwork is essential to support our clients effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and support to youth in the program
- Facilitate skill development activities for clients
- Maintain records, logs, and inventories as needed
- Conduct safety and security checks in facilities
- Participate in community-based activities with youth Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Social Services or related field
- Flexible availability, including evenings and overnights
- Experience with children and families preferred
- Bilingual in English and French required
- Valid G2 driver’s license and access to a vehicle Support the well-being and safety of children and youth in Timmins through effective care and skill support.
