Society is looking for a passionate individual to work as a Casual Specialized Child & Youth Support Worker. This role will involve providing behavioral management and individualized care to those with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Candidates will be part of a 24/7 operational model and will require flexibility across various shifts. Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with developmental and mental health challenges
- Implement behavior management strategies in a residential setting
- Communicate effectively and document daily activities
- Accompany individuals to community appointments and activities
- Adhere to health care plans and safety protocols Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean abstract
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Positive Behaviour Management Training
- First Aid and CPR Certification
