Leadership & Growth Experience The successful candidate should demonstrate experience in one or more of the following:

- Leading or managing a licensed childcare centre or multi-classroom program.
- Growing enrolment while maintaining high-quality care.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining exceptional educators.
- Creating efficient operational systems and improving workplace processes.
- Managing staffing schedules, budgets, and day-to-day centre operations.
- Preparing for and successfully navigating licensing inspections.
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community.
- Implementing recent programs, services, or educational initiatives.
- Resolving complex parent and staffing concerns professionally and confidently.
- Using data and reporting to improve program quality and operational performance.
