This position emphasizes working with children aged 18 months to 4 years and performing administrative tasks. As an Assistant Supervisor, you will report directly to the Child Care Administrator while assisting in various tasks.

Your role includes versatile shift work across classrooms, setting up beds, handling laundry, and relieving lead teachers during programming time. You’ll create an enriching environment for young children while collaborating with colleagues and engaging with parents. Key Responsibilities:

- Support child care programs rooted in Waldorf pedagogy
- Address children's needs appropriately based on their development




- Fulfill daily schedule requirements and responsibilities
- Maintain children's beds and bedding for rest times
- Provide programming assistance to lead teachers Requirements:
- Knowledge of CCEYA 2014 and licensing standards
- First Aid certification and R-ECE designation
- Strong computer skills in Outlook and Excel
- Ability to lift and stack small beds
