This role requires strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to lead and train Material Handlers on safe material handling practices. You’ll be held accountable for ensuring accurate loads, adhering to weight limits, and conducting thorough safety inspections on deliveries. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead safe material handling and employee training
- Count loads and complete necessary delivery documentation
- Ensure compliance with truck weight regulations
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections
- Assist in preparing truck loads at the warehouse Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 Driver's License and Driver's Abstract
- Minimum one year of delivery experience
- Forklift and/or Crane certification preferred
- Strong communication skills with team and customers
