Performs several ongoing responsibilities within a team structure and team guidance and specific duties as listed in your employment letter.
The main job is working with participants, in suites and building cleanliness. Act as a role model and mentor to Participants of Kii Kinaahk Village and provide opportunities for socialization.
Interact in a positive and supportive way with tenants in following the Peer Support Code of Ethics.
Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Plan and start goals with tenants to keep suites clean and organized.
- Assist with pest control prep, by bagging items, and cleaning floors, kitchen, and bathroom. Removing garbage and cleaning laundry.
- Keep common areas clean, door(s), handles, walls, windows, railing, and stairs.
- Work with management and Maintenance for make-ready cleans.
- Report any maintenance needs to management.
- Work with the Life skill program, guiding tenants with how to manage clean-ups.
- Act as role model and mentor to Participants and interact in a positive and supportive way.
- Fulfill all reporting requirements as required and in a timely manner.
- Report any damage in the building/suites to the Supervisor.
- Other duties as they are assigned.
