As a vital member of our team, you will manage multiple client implementations, serving as the main contact throughout the process. This role requires expertise in HR/payroll outsourcing and strong project management skills to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Client shell setup and dashboard creation in Prism
- Manage multiple client implementations and run initial payrolls
- Train newly onboarded clients on our products
- Act as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
- Audit and review client payroll and HR data for accuracy Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years related experience required
- Knowledge of HR/Payroll outsourcing and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Time management and project management expertise
