The Opportunity:

We are looking for a full time Client Representative to join our North York team. In this role, you will:

- Represent partner brands at promotional events and retail activations in the North York area
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and present relevant products and services
- Deliver clear and accurate information to help customers make informed decisions
- Support customers through the purchase or enrollment process with patience and professionalism
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current campaigns, promotions, and product offerings
- Record customer interactions, sales activity, and daily notes accurately
- Support team sales objectives and bring a consistent, positive presence to every event
- Take part in ongoing training and team development sessions

- A background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not required
- Reliable transportation for in-person work in the North York area
