Be part of Epiq's energetic team as a Client Services Project Coordinator. You'll coordinate client deliverables and ensure satisfaction while working in a flexible environment. In this role, you'll report to the Client Services Project Manager and take ownership of specific project components.
Your responsibilities include quality control of electronic data and proactive communication with clients. You'll manage diverse projects within the eDiscovery realm and lead project teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison with key client representatives
- Coordinate and execute deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop project plans and oversee team performance
- Manage multiple eDiscovery projects and their life cycles
- Communicate project scope and delivery timelines Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of NUIX and SQL is a plus
- Flexibility for evening and weekend work
- BCA, MCA or relevant experience Lead impactful projects and enhance client relationships with your organizational and communication strengths.
