Role Description The Clinic Manager is a full-time, in office role based at AMC’s Mississauga, ON location, responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations. This role includes managing front-desk and administrative workflows, supervising clinic staff, and ensuring a high standard of patient experience and customer service. The Clinic Manager coordinates scheduling, supports recruitment and onboarding of new staff, and maintains clear communication among physicians.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service orientation with experience managing patient-facing operations and resolving concerns effectively (Customer Service).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate among providers,



staff, and external partners in a fast-paced clinical environment (Communication).
- Foundational understanding of medical clinic workflows and healthcare terminology, with prior experience in a medical, allied health, or multidisciplinary practice setting preferred.
- Experience developing and delivering staff training, performance coaching, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and standards.
- Relevant post-secondary education in health administration, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience in clinic or healthcare operations management will be considered.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including staff scheduling, performance oversight, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with competence in using EMR systems and standard office software.
