Trillium Health Partners in Mississauga is seeking a Clinical Leader for the In-Patient Medicine Program to guide a large interprofessional team in delivering patient-centred care across Medicine 3C.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the leader will drive clinical excellence, mentor staff, and advance educational initiatives while partnering with community agencies to improve outcomes. This is a permanent full time role with weekday-heavy schedules and a focus on continuous learning.
