In accordance with established mission, vision, values and strategic priorities of the Northern Health and reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Lead, Primary and Long-Term Care, this position provides clinical pharmacy services to patients of the primary care network. As a member of an interprofessional team this position works directly with patients to identify and resolve actual and potential drug therapy problems through provision of comprehensive medication management.

Position covers South Peace Primary Care Network, which includes communities of Dawson Creek, Chetwynd and Tumbler Ridge. Hours of work may vary based on site and operational need. Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days - 08:30 to 16:30, Rotating
