Enhance mental health services as a Clinical Support Coordinator at Bridgeland Riverside Community Care Centre. This full-time role focuses on clinical support and quality improvement within Complex Mental Health programs. This regular full time position is ideal for a Bachelor's degree holder in Nursing with advanced knowledge of mental health nursing and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
You will mentor interdisciplinary teams, implement clinical standards, and promote trauma-informed and person-centred care. Additionally, you'll engage in quality improvement initiatives and support staff development for clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities:
