Satkunasivam involves extensive project management and mentorship within the Urologic Oncology Group. You will coordinate clinical trial processes, from initiation to execution, while fostering the growth of the research team. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate study startup and contract negotiations with sponsors




- Administer investigational products as per protocol
- Hire and mentor new research coordinators
- Develop SOPs aligning with hospital policies
- Oversee daily activities of the research unit Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biological or Health Sciences
- SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional
- Minimum three years in clinical trial coordination
- Proficient in data management and documentation
