Title: CNC (computer numerical control) machinist Job Types Regular job Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent Salary: $36.50 Hourly, for 30 to 35 Hours per week Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible Location: 6004- 72A Avenue NW Edmonton, AB T6B 3M5 (1 vacancy) Overview Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Responsibilities Tasks Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables Repair machine tools and parts Set up and adjust production machineries/tools Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports Verify dimensions of parts machined using accurate measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
