We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Laser Operator to join our energetic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to produce precise metal and material components. Your expertise will ensure high-quality output, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety standards.

Duties
- Set up CNC laser cutting machines by selecting appropriate settings and materials based on detailed blueprints and specifications.
- Operate CNC laser cutters safely and efficiently, monitoring the process to maintain quality standards throughout production runs.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of CNC laser systems to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, measurement tools, and visual checks to verify parts meet specifications.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately to determine dimensions, tolerances,
and machining sequences.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of CNC machinery including setup, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with related equipment such as press brake machines, water jet and shear.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings with precision; basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to machining operations; certification in crane or forklift operation is a plus.
- Proficiency with hand tools, calipers, and quality inspection techniques to ensure parts meet strict standards.
- Mechanical aptitude combined with good communication skills for effective teamwork and problem-solving.
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
