Job Summary The Cocktail Bartender / Server plays a key role in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience through both exceptional beverage execution and attentive floor service. This role blends robust technical bartending skills with genuine, guest-first hospitality—ensuring every interaction is engaging, efficient, and memorable. They are responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails, maintaining deep product knowledge, and delivering timely, professional service at both the bar and on the floor.

Duties

- Deliver prompt, friendly, and attentive service to guests at the bar and on the floor
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and other menu items to spec with consistency and efficiency
- Maintain strong product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and specials
- Take and accurately enter orders, ensuring clear communication between guests and the bar




- Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar and service areas throughout the shift
- Follow all cash handling, POS, and payment procedures accurately
- Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and support staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and side duties as required to support daily operations

Skills

- Excellent cocktail, wine & spirit knowledge
- Strong customer service skills with a hospitality first demeanor
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables & orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment within the hospitality industry
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Effective serving skills with attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
