Job Summary:

Redefine Immigration Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated College Admission Coordinator to manage the full admission process for clients seeking enrollment in colleges and universities. The successful candidate will oversee applications from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring accuracy, timely submissions, and excellent client service. Familiarity with online application platforms such as ApplyBoard and UnizPortal is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the end-to-end college admission process, including application preparation, document collection, submission, and follow-up.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate colleges and programs based on their academic and career goals.
- Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical client files, including data entry into CRM and case management systems.
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleges, and guardians to address questions and provide guidance.




- Monitor deadlines and ensure all applications meet institutional requirements.
- Stay updated on college admission policies, program requirements, and application procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, counseling, or a related field.
- Experience in college admissions, student counseling, or enrollment coordination preferred.
- Knowledge of online application platforms such as ApplyBoard and UnizPortal.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
