Your role encompasses maintaining compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and inspections, ensuring a safe setting for staff and residents. Collaborate with operational leaders to address urgent property issues while promoting organizational improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee maintenance and repair of organizational properties
