Worker position focuses on establishing respectful and empowering relationships with individuals. You will be tasked with supporting their personal choices, enhancing community relationships, and ensuring a nurturing living environment. A flexible work schedule will be required to meet individual needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships recognizing individuals' rights and dignity
- Create and implement support agreements for outcomes
- Assist with decision-making and personal choices
- Promote social engagement and community participation
- Maintain a clean, protected living environment Requirements:
- Developmental Services Worker or similar qualification
- Ability to work various shifts: days, evenings, weekends
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
