Centre is looking for a dedicated Community Nurse. This role involves delivering mental health services to individuals with severe illnesses through a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and experience in community mental health and addictions, as well as a solid commitment to recovery-based approaches. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct home visits to assess client needs
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions
- Collaborate with team members on treatment plans




- Implement health education and disease prevention strategies
- Maintain client records and evaluate medication effectiveness Requirements:
- Active Nurse Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 1-2 years in community mental health and addictions
- BLS for Health Care Providers certification
- Knowledge of psychiatric conditions and treatment methods
