Providence Care is seeking a Social Worker/Occupational Therapist to join a community-based treatment team in Ontario. The role leads engagement with individuals and families, coordinating recovery plans and leveraging natural supports to support daily living and social participation.
The candidate brings advanced training in CBT/IPT/DBT, at least two years of clinical experience with responsible mental illness within a Recovery framework, and current licensure.
