Blue Maxx Basement Systems is a Winnipeg based construction company specialized in foundation repair, waterproofing, structural repairs, ICF foundations.

Currently hiring Crew Leader position for residential projects. This is a permanent, full time position, with majority of projects in Winnipeg area.

About the role:

- Lead a crew of 3–5 through each project to completion
- Set the daily plan and communicate tasks clearly to your team
- Train your crew on installation methods, tools, equipment, and materials
- Operate mini-excavator and skid-steer as the job requires
- Talk to homeowners on site - explain the work, set expectations, handle concerns
- Ensure safety for yourself and your crew, every day

Key Qualifications:

- 3+ years of related construction experience
- Ability to run a small crew and drive a job to completion without being managed
- Comfortable talking to customers and managing their expectations
- Able to operate a mini-excavator and skid-steer




- Solid understanding of safe work procedures
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to meet the physical demands
- Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation

Considered an Asset:

- Background with foundation repair, underpinning, piling, or membrane installation
- Concrete forming or ICF experience
- Experience training or mentoring newer workers
- First aid, confined space certification

Details:

- $25-30/hr based on experience
- Extended health care
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM start with variable end times by project
- Training and certification on industry-leading foundation systems
