Responsibilities

- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who use high pressure water equipment to perform cleaning of buildings, concrete forms and other building materials at construction sites, walks and driveways to keep them free of debris.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
- Requisition materials and supplies.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
- Train or arrange for training of workers.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
- Prepare production and other reports.
- May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers.

Qualifications

- Three (3) years or more as a team leader or supervisor in a construction site setting.

Advantages

- Wages $41.00 per hour for a 40‑hour week.
- Other bonuses as applicable.
