We're looking for a high performing Construction Project Manager to lead demolition, hazardous material abatement, concrete & environmental projects across the Maritimes. If you thrive in high-risk, fast-moving environments and know what it takes to deliver complex jobs— safely, efficiently, and profitably— we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone from a specialty trade background (demolition, concrete, cutting/coring, hazardous material abatement, environmental, specialty civil, etc) who's managed projects from the ground up and leads with clarity.

What You'll Be Responsible For - Own the execution of demolition, concrete and specialty projects from kickoff to closeout

- Lead project planning, resourcing, and scheduling
- Manage communications with clients, subcontractors and our field supervisors
- Monitor productivity, costs, timelines — and solve problems before they elevate
- Drive safety and compliance expectations
- Collaborate with field team to ensure clarity, execution, and accountability
- Estimate, price and secure projects Requirements You Might Be a Fit If You:




- Have experience managing one of the following specialties: concrete demolition, demolition, hazardous material abatement, environmental, petroleum
- Thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast pace
- Know how to lead both from the laptop and on the ground
- Speak the language of the crews, clients and superintendents
- Take ownership of results and don't make excuses
- Want to be part of a team that's growing, sharp, and serious about execution Qualifications - 2-10+ years of construction experience (specialty trade or GC background)
- Proven experience managing demolition, concrete or specialty trade projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing & safety
- Confident with scheduling & cost tracking
