Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in coordinating multiple construction activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, and resources to support project execution.

- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for project managers and stakeholders.

- Assist with project planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, permits, and change orders.

- Identify project risks and support the implementation of effective solutions.

- Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and company policies.





- Support project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or project administration.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and contract documentation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.

- Solid attention to detail and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of Canadian construction regulations and workplace safety standards is considered an advantage.

Pay: $6,250.00-$7,917.00 per month
