Responsibilities - Work collaboratively with project teams to gather information, analyze client challenges, and support stakeholder interviews.
- Assist in developing analyses, recommendations, and client-ready presentations.
- Contribute to the delivery of client engagements across a variety of projects, including finance process improvement, system implementation, and operating model design.
- Conduct research, perform analysis, and help identify opportunities to address client issues and improve business processes.
- Support project teams by tracking activities, preparing status updates, and assisting with workplan execution.

Qualifications & Experience - Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials. An accounting designation (CPA) or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
- 1‑4 years of relevant work experience in finance or consulting.
- Deep expertise in financial management disciplines (financial process design, budgeting and planning, financial reporting, financial performance management, analytics and data modelling, business case development).
- Experience with, or interest in, acquiring knowledge of systems and technologies that support the finance function (Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, Oracle, Blackline, Workiva, etc.).
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence, excellent interpersonal relations, and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize recent approaches and solutions.
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem‑solving ability.
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Canadian travel required; occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments.
Compensation The expected range of compensation for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 annually.
