What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely transport riders to their destinations in a professional and friendly manner
- Deliver excellent customer service with every pickup and drop-off
- Communicate clearly and calmly, especially in unexpected situations
- Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and in valuable working condition
- Report maintenance needs and safety concerns
- Stay informed on local events, detours, and road conditions
- Follow Coastal Rides’ policies and safety protocols
What You Bring
- A valid BC Class 1, 2, or 4 (Unrestricted) driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
- Excellent driving habits and a strong sense of responsibility
- A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., helping with luggage)
- Flexibility and reliability — you show up when you say you will
- Bonus: Local knowledge of the area you’re driving in
